Well-preserved 2,000-year-old mummy discovered in ‘Tomb of Cerberus’

An important discovery was made by archaeologists in Italy, as they located a 2,000-year-old mummy in good condition in a sarcophagus in the “Tomb of Cerberus” located in Giugliano, Naples. Lead researcher Simona Formola said the sarcophagus was surrounded by containers of things for cleaning the body, such as ointments.
