“We’re not going anywhere”: Nikki Haley’s campaign promises to continue in the electoral race

Nikki Haley's presidential campaign is doubling down on its commitment to staying in the race as voters in New Hampshire cast their ballots in the caucuses.

“We’re not going anywhere,” wrote Betsy Ankney, Haley’s campaign manager, in a statement on Tuesday.

The note highlights how far Haley has come since launching her campaign 11 months ago, and how few Americans have turned out to vote in the Republican primaries so far.

The text also highlights how the preliminary process that is taking place is “democracy in action”.

Having just passed the Iowa caucuses, Ankney considers that people want to “raise their hands [desistir]after only 110 thousand people voted.”

Until Super Tuesday, a “super vote” in several states that could define the nominations for the presidential contest of the Republican and Democratic parties, on March 5, Haley’s campaign argues that “everyone should take a deep breath”.
