A Palestinian man struck a bus passenger in the southern part of the occupied West Bank with a knife, seriously injuring him before he was shot dead by another passenger, according to the Israeli army and Magen David Adom, the Israeli Red Cross.
“A terrorist stabbed a passenger on a bus near the village of Elazar. The passenger was injured and taken to hospital. A civilian on the bus shot and killed the terrorist,” the Israeli army said in a statement.
