We’ve all worn the new, much talked about Balenciaga bracelet worth 3,000 euros and more (but we didn’t know it)

At a festival, or even just at a concert, there are many gadgets to wear and take with you (as if they were part of a memory or a real relic), among these the bracelet too. Maybe because it is necessary to access a certain area or even just for the pleasure of tying it to the place – and maybe keeping it for several days to demonstrate having taken part in an event – but in any case the fabric bracelet is a must for major events. We have all worn at least one in our lives and now it has also become a luxury item.

Who could have made it so? Obviously. Balenciaga that, after the bracelet in the form of adhesive tape or the Towel Skirt, L’towel turned into a skirt or the skirt turned into a towel, transforms and gives new value to the most common of festival accessories.

Raver Used Bracelet, that’s how he renames it Demnathe creative director of the maison, with that «Used» in the name to give a sense of lived-in, as if it had been worn for days during and even after a rave party.

The bracelet comes from the collection Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2024/25 and it is completely handmade in France: in fact, to make it – as you can read on the website – it takes a whole day of work since it requires various artisanal techniques to assemble it.

Embellished with a closure in 925 sterling silver and a writing in style street art of the brand, the new object of desire is offered in different colors and also more or less “worn”. It goes from the yellow and red combination, up to one made in green, black and white with the end even more frayed. Obviously, however, we are talking about luxury and, therefore, as such, the price starts from 3,500 euros to reach even 4,500 in its pink version with black writing outlined in blue.

This is yet another challenge from Demna in demonstrating how the common life and everyday objects are what capture attention, capable of creating a debate for better or for worse. Here, however, part of the inspiration is rooted not only in a world skateboard And metal of the 2000s but also to the desire of many to show off certain bracelets at festivals, concerts, or social events as a way to establish themselves and, at the same time, get noticed.

How many conversations can start from a bracelet? Maybe to share a lived experience, and the Raver Used Bracelet Balenciaga partly it does the same thing. Showing it off is a strong statement capable of identifying the person you are or would like to be, from whatever point of view you want to look at it.
