Although the girls at the beauty salon tried to make amends for their mistake, offering their client a wig, she rejected the offer, because according to her words, a wig does not cover the psychological and emotional damage, as well as the impact that this bad experience you will have in your professional life, since you are dedicated to customer service. In addition, she pointed out that she will file a formal complaint with the authorities to obtain compensation for material and moral damage for what happened and asked to spread her case and prevent other clients from going through the same thing.
