One of the problems faced by Astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore, who were trapped for 9 months in space, was about nutrition and access to water. Today’s technology has progressed to the past and there are now fresh foods, but also packaged, as opposed to the tubes on which they once based. Also, access to drinking water is easier, but it is done in a way that is generally not used to. The Times Now Wolrd website wrote that in the first three months the astronauts consumed fresh fruits and vegetables, following a normal diet, similar to the one they would apply to Earth.
