The company Coca-Cola HBC Holdings BV, on the occasion of yesterday’s publications regarding the rejection by the Council of State of its applications with which it requested the reversal of decisions of the Athens Administrative Court of Appeal, on tax issues amounting to approximately 2.6 million euros, issued a statement which is clarified by the following:
“Coca-Cola HBC Holdings BV declares that it has long ago paid the total amount of certified taxes and surcharges related to these cases and therefore there is no further or additional obligation of the company to pay.
The decisions referred to in the publications refer to appeals brought by the company, which reasonably challenged the said tax charges as unduly paid “.
