Regarding the cost of the investment, it is expected to reach 200 million euros, while significant interest has already been expressed in the project by both Greek and foreign investors as well as by a large financial group.
Information states that in the next period there will be announcements from the listed company regarding the financing of the project.
From the HRDH side, in the present phase, the procedures regarding the completion of the procedures (issuance of licenses, preparation of JMC, etc.) are proceeding in order for the procedure of the concession of the property to the bidder to proceed.
According to information, the above procedures are expected to be completed within the next six months and will be followed by the approval of the contract by the Court of Auditors and then its ratification by Parliament.
