To check if this feature is available in beta, make sure you are running version 2.21.120.13, then open the WhatsApp sticker store and select a sticker pack to see the details. If there is a Forward button there, it means that the feature is already available for your account.
Unfortunately, this feature prevents users from forwarding third-party sticker packs. Also, for now, this feature is only available to iOS beta users and is likely to arrive soon for Android users.
