WhatsApp officially released the function of creating custom lists in the conversation app for all users. The new function allows, according to the platform, greater organization and concentration or important conversations.
It is possible, for example, to insert conversations in lists such as “Work”, “family and“ close friends ”.
To create a list you need to access the + + icon on the top page of your conversation app. Then you can customize your list with the name and the people/ groups you want to put.
Some characteristics of the new functionality are:
