Next month, the liquidation of the contributions of the self-employed self-employed for the year 2021 is expected to begin.
This is reported by competent executives of the funds in Capital.gr clarifying that the posting of the notices with the rest that will result from this liquidation will be posted in the coming months, but the exact time can not be determined yet.
It is reminded that according to the insurance law Vroutsis, from January 1, 2020, any professional who pays at least 252 euros / month in favor of his main insurance and health is exempted from the parallel payment of insurance contributions. If he pays less than 252 euros / month, he will pay the difference up to 252 euros / month. If he pays exactly 252 euros, obviously, he does not need to pay anything more.
So, for example, if an employee pays (together with his employer) 260 euros / month in favor of his main insurance and health and at the same time has a sole proprietorship (or is a member of a company) then he is not obliged to pay any contributions for the professional activity of.
If, however, an employee pays (together with his employer) contributions in the amount of, e.g. 200 euros / month and at the same time has a sole proprietorship (or is a member of a company), then he will pay an additional 52 euros, ie the difference between 252 euros, which is the minimum contribution of professionals working at the same time, and 200 euros / month pays (along with his employer) for his paid employment.
Also, whoever e.g. carries out 2 (or any number) freelance activities must pay at least 252 euros / month.
Finally, any employee who pays (together with his employer) contributions amounting to 252 euros / month and at the same time exercises free professional activity (eg has a sole proprietorship or is a member of a company), is not obliged to pay contributions for his professional activity.
Based on the above, for some parallel employees there will be a credit balance, for some others a debit balance and, finally, for some others a zero balance.
More detail:
– Credit balance will arise, more specifically, for those professionals who have paid more than 252 euros / month. Any difference will be returned to them by e-EFKA.
– Debt balance will arise for those employees with parallel professional activity who paid (together with their employers) less than 252 euros / month.
– Zero balance, obviously, will arise employees with parallel professional activity paid (along with their employers) exactly the amount of 252 euros / month in favor of the main insurance and their health.
