White zone. This is the goal of the Italian regions. Not all of them will get there at the same time, but in mid-June Italy could leave the yellow and be predominantly white. From the Ministry of Health there are data of a steady decline in new cases per 100 thousand inhabitants. This should lead to the entry into the white area, that of the farewell to all the prescriptions, apart from the obligation to keep a mask and distance.
HOW TO ENTER THE WHITE AREA
The possibility of establishing a white zone dates back to the decree of January 14, 2021.
The regions that for three consecutive weeks have a low risk and an incidence of infections of less than 50 cases per 100 thousand inhabitants pass into this range.
A calendar already exists:
1ST OF JUNE
Friuli-Venezia Giulia, Molise and Sardinia should go to the white band. The entry into the risk range starts on Tuesday, but it should only be for this week.
7 JUNE
The next regions should be Abruzzo, Veneto and Liguria. The definitive data should come from the monitoring of June 4.
14 JUNE
It should be the day of Lombardy, Lazio, Umbria and the province of Trento. They have a downward curve, but they still don’t have more cases than 50 per 100,000 inhabitants.
SUBSEQUENT DATES AND DIFFICULT AREAS
From mid-June onwards it could touch Marche, Sicily and Emilia-Romagna. The critical areas are Campania, Valle d’Aosta and Puglia. Basilicata, Calabria, Piedmont and Tuscany also have high cases.
