Samsung Electronics unveiled the flagship Galaxy S21 series and made a number of related interesting announcements.
The most expensive Galaxy S21 Ultra is the first Galaxy S smartphone to feature the S Pen. Unlike the Galaxy Note, the stylus will have to be purchased separately for the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Moreover, so far only the S Pen is offered without Bluetooth support – for $ 40 or bundled with a case.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra also works with the existing S Pen that comes with the Galaxy Note or Galaxy Tab.
In addition, Samsung has confirmed that it will launch the S Pen Pro stylus for the Galaxy S21 Ultra with enhanced functionality later this year. Such a stylus received Bluetooth and supports remote control of the smartphone, for example, you can activate the camera shutter by pressing a button or moving your hand.
The S Pen Pro will be able to work not only with the Galaxy S21 Ultra, but also with smartphones of the Galaxy Note10 / 20 series and the Galaxy Tab S6 / S7 tablets with the One UI 3.1 proprietary shell installed. S Pen Pro pricing has yet to be announced.
In Russia, the S Pen page for the Galaxy S21 Ultra is already there, but the price has not yet been indicated. The full official name of this stylus is S Pen S21 Ultra. However, the Silicone Cover with S Pen S21 Ultra for 5,990 rubles and the Smart Clear View Cover with S Pen S21 Ultra for 7,990 rubles are already available for order.
