The executive also praised Generation Z’s approach to work-life balance: ‘If there’s one thing this generation came to teach us, it’s balance’. Scappini noted that this generation prioritizes a quality of life that is ‘priceless’, contrasting with the mentality of previous generations.
‘We lived a life giving up everything, to prove, to conquer, to grow, to be recognized’, reflected Scappini, highlighting the paradigm shift brought by the new generation. She suggests that this more balanced approach may be more sustainable and satisfying in the long term.
