In my opinion, the house offers one of the best gnocchi in town. The recipe takes manioc with grena padano cheese cream, accompanied by filet mignon. The dish still deserves a good wine. Another highlight goes to the delicious handcrafted breads of the menu.

For me, the PROFERIA CATARINA which has several units spread across Santa Catarina, has the best pizza in Florianópolis.

One of the stores is located in the Central Trindade neighborhood, at the foot of the Morro da Cruz . There, the restaurant serves a high, light, light, long fermentation and exactly: crispy and soft dough inside. It is worth trying their handmade burrata, which is also sensational.
