The menus are seasonal and act as a map of producers and products. At the table, diners can be served homemade bread, spreads, hummus, minced meat, cured trout, tartare, kreplach, goat pastrami and ojo de steak.

O Anna Bistro there are French entrepreneurs behind the business, which adds a dash of techniques and influences from the European country in the heart of the Argentine wine capital. With tables in the tree-lined garden, on the terrace and in the lounge, the restaurant serves main dishes ranging from veal creations to tartare, lamb mousaka, fish and, of course, cuts such as entraña and steak ojo.

Commanded by chef Alejandro Galliski , the place also has an extensive drinks and spirits menu. The restaurant is open all day, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner.

O Azafran proposes to create what it calls “new cuisine”, in which it seeks to transform local ingredients into flavors and textures that defy conventionality.

Led by chef Sebastian Weigandt the place started as a deli and began serving diners in a sophisticated rustic environment.

Lamb, goat, fish, seafood and vegetables are some of the options that arrive at the table, in which the house works with a seasonal menu and also a three or four-stroke experience, with an optional pairing service, in which the labels include different terroirs of Argentina, going from Jump to the best wineries in Mendoza.
