The Top Employers certification is issued after a long process of analysis and evaluation in which HR policies and strategies (Human Resources) are analyzed and evaluated in 6 macro areas in the HR field, which include 20 topics and over 400 Best Practices.

After the analysis of the results, an internal validation and an external audit, the companies that have achieved and met the standards and quality levels have obtained the Top Employers certification.
