American and Chinese negotiators who meets meeting for two days in London in order to solve trade disputes between the two countries, announced Wednesday morning that they have reached an agreement on the “general context”, which is now awaiting the approval of the two states. “The two parties have reached an agreement on the principle on the general context (…) and will present this general framework to their leaders,” the Chinese representative about international trade Lee Chengang said in the press. US Secretary of Commerce Howard Latnik, for his part, said he was convinced that the issue of rare land – whose exports are overly limited by Washington – “will be resolved through the implementation of this general framework.”
