THE 30th edition of Critics Choice Awards which celebrates the best of cinema and TV, happens this Friday (7). The biggest nominees of the edition were “Conclave” and “Wicked” with 11 indications each. However, Brazilian productions appear among the nominees.
The miniseries “Senna” that arrived at the Netflix catalog in late November, is competing in the category Best Series in Foreign Language . Starred Gabriel Leone Throughout six episodes, production explores life and career of the Brazilian Formula 1 pilot.
Among the nominees on TV, the series “Xogum: the glorious saga of Japan” Lead the list with six nominations among them, in the categories best dramatic series, best actor in dramatic series and best actress in a dramatic series.
Already the Brazilian movie “I’m Still Here” was remembered in the category of best foreign film and competes with titles such as “Emilia Pérez”, “Flow”, “Everything we imagined as Luz”, “Kneecap” and “The Seed of the Scared Fig ”.
