Over the past week, the largest number of new infections was recorded in the United States (480,467 new cases, a decrease of 29%), Brazil (316,221, a decrease of 1%), France (131,179, an increase of 3%), Russia (92,843, a decline of 11%) and India (86,711, an increase of 10%).
