The American actor, director and producer John Krasinski 45, was elected the sexiest man in the world of 2024 by People magazine. It appears on the cover of the week’s publication, which annually chooses a new name for the title.
Who is John Krasinski?
Born in Newton, Massachusetts, John Krasinski began acting while still in school. He studied English and Playwriting at Ivy League Brown University. At university, he interned as a writer on the show Late Night with Conan O’Brien.
In the early 2000s, he moved to New York to pursue his artistic career. His debut was on stage with the play “What the Eunuch Saw”, written by two college friends. During this period, he also made occasional appearances in series and films.
His debut on TV, responsible for giving him worldwide fame and recognition in the market, was in 2005 in “The Office“ . He stars in the plot alongside Steve Carell, Jenna Fischer and Ellie Kemper. On the big screen, Krasinski’s first prominent role was in the comedy “License to Marry” (2007).
Over the years, he has been in several productions, but gained prominence in cinema when he released “A Quiet Place” (2018), writing the script and direction, in addition to starring in the plot alongside his wife Emily Blunt with whom he has been married since 2010. In the same year, he returned to the small screen with the series “Jack Ryan” which has four seasons.
Dedicating himself to work behind the camera, Krasinski’s most recent work is the film “Imaginary Friend” .
