She started the transition path at just 10 years old, but this made her a victim of bullying by her schoolmates. “For years I was prevented from being the person I wanted”, he stressed and unfortunately this also coincided with a period in which he suffered physical violence and psychological abuse. A not easy life which, however, pushed her to believe in herself and in her potential: “I grew up practically alone, without any kind of support, but here I am to prove that you can survive and be an inspiration to others”.

Fresh from Victory Miss Nevada, he already knows what he doesn’t want to give up by participating in Miss Usa: “I will never stop being true to who I am because my differences have led me to where I am now and I know they will help me reach whatever destination I want!”
