Who is the doctor found dead and tied up inside his own house in Greater SP

Doctor Aurélio Tadeu de Abreu was killed in the living room of his own home last Thursday (18), in São Bernardo do Campo (SP), in ABC Paulista. Born on May 20, 1975, he died at the age of 48.

Aurélio was a candidate for councilor in the same city, in 2020, for the Green Party, but was not elected. According to the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) website, this was the doctor's only candidacy.

The personal information declared to the TSE states that Aurélio is divorced and has completed higher education. The list of assets declared in that election includes a Fiat Palio worth R$22,000. In total, he spent R$1,400 on the campaign. He received only nine votes.

According to the Regional Council of Medicine of the State of São Paulo (CRM-SP), Aurélio does not have a registered specialty. On Instagram, the doctor said he was “Clinical MED/Surgeries”. He published content related to aesthetic procedures, such as the use of botulinum toxin and lipocavitation for fat loss.

How was the case

At 8:28 pm a woman gets out of the passenger seat of a black car and heads towards the doctor's house. She enters the residence about a minute later. The vehicle's license plate is tampered with so that it does not match the vehicle's registration with Detran.

At 8:45 pm, Aurélio and his wife walk out of the garage. The doctor removes the car, the Fiat Stilo, and the two leave the scene in the vehicle at around 8:47 pm.

At 9:07 pm, the car returns to the residence, with the doctor and the woman in the vehicle. Aurélio gets out of the car, opens the garage door and parks at 9:09 pm.

At 9:23 pm the cameras show two men arriving at the doctor's residence. They stay at the door until at least 9:30 pm.

Two hours later, at 11:13 pm, one of the men leaves the house on foot with the woman. The other man left the residence in the doctor's car, took about a minute to maneuver the vehicle, knocked on the garage door and left the place at around 11:15 pm.
