Speaking at a meeting with teachers broadcast on state television, Putin said the decree would postpone conscription for additional categories of students, including those attending prestigious private universities and some graduate students.
In fact, the Russian news agency TASS, citing data from the pharmaceutical market research company DSM, reports that Antidepressant sales soared 120% in the week between September 19-25.
The head of the Alliance of Pharmaceutical Associations, Victoria Presnyakova he stressed to TASS that since the start of the Russian invasion at the end of February, the demand for antidepressants, sleeping pills and tranquilizers has increased significantly compared to previous years.
