The French Surfer Nicolas Deniaud 45, was found dead after drowning at the sea of Santos, on the coast of São Paulo, on the afternoon of last Saturday (5).
On social networks, he shared moments of his life in Brazil. In addition to surfing, Nicolas was also a marathon enthusiast and travel. In some posts, he showed natural cars and landscapes.
The Frenchman used to share records next to his partner. In one of the photos, where she appears with her during a race, she wrote, “If it was with her I could run all over the earth!”
About surfing, Nicolas published: “Surfing is more than a sport, it is a way of life that transcends the borders between the sea, the coast and the sky.”
The Maritime Firefighters Group (GBMAR) reported that the man was located by other surfers who were on Canal 5 beach.
The Navy had warned of strong winds and waves up to 3.5 meters on the south and southeast coast. For São Paulo, the forecast was of waves with peaks between 2.0 and 2.5 meters on Saturday, the day the surfer was located.
A GBMar lifeguard was triggered and, upon arriving at the scene, found that the victim still had a pulse, but with a large amount of foam on the airways. Nicolas Deniaud was sent to the Emergency Room (PS) East Zone, but did not resist and died.
The funeral accused on Sunday (6), at the Santa Casa de Santos funeral home.
