In two “installments” the extraordinary accuracy allowance of a total amount of 324 million euros will be paid to 1.7 million beneficiaries.
The first “installment” will be paid by EFKA tomorrow, Wednesday and will concern the low-income retirees.
The second “installment” will be paid the day after tomorrow, Thursday by OPEC and will concern the beneficiaries of its benefits (Minimum Guaranteed Income, child allowance, disabled, etc.).
More detail:
First installment: Low-income retirees with a monthly income of up to 600 euros / month
On Holy Wednesday, April 20, 2022, the accounts of 634,000 low-income retirees will be credited with the extraordinary financial aid Easter, which amounts to € 200.
The financial support will be credited to the bank accounts of retirees with a maximum annual individual taxable income of up to 7,200 euros (600 euros per month) and an annual family taxable income of up to 14,400 euros.
Specifically, it will be paid to those who in March 2022 receive:
-permanent or temporary main pension or advance payment of main pension due to old age, disability or death,
– pre-retirement benefit,
-disability benefits paid by the electronic national social security body (e-EFKA),
-pension benefits of par. 3 of article 4 of law 4387/2016 (AD 85).
Retirees (beneficiaries and non-beneficiaries) of the special financial support will have the opportunity of personalized information through a special platform that will be put into operation on the website of e-EFKA (www.efka.gov.gr) in the option: “electronic services” for ” pensioners “, on the day of payment. The title of the service is: Checking the right to emergency financial support Easter 2022.
Users will enter the system using taxis codes and will be able to see on the screen in real time the reason for rejection (after an audit carried out by AADE).
The reasons for rejection are the following:
-Your individual income is greater than € 7,200
– Your total family income is greater than € 14,400
– He is a resident abroad
-The value of his real estate is greater than € 200,000
-The VAT number may belong to the deceased.
– No cleared statement was found until 31/03/2022 for the VAT number
It is pointed out that regarding the objections that had been submitted to [email protected] and concerned the extraordinary financial support of 250 euros paid on December 29, 2021, their review was completed in collaboration with AADE, they were rejected in their entirety (except for a few cases of pensioners with wrong IBAN) and citizens will be able to see on the same platform the reason for rejection.
Second installment: Beneficiaries of OPEC social benefits
Regarding the over 971,000 beneficiaries of OPEC, the total amount of 169 million euros will be given on Holy Thursday, April 21, 2022.
More specifically, 200 euros have been provided for the following categories:
– The beneficiaries of the OPEC disability allowance
– The beneficiaries of the pension of uninsured elderly people
Accuracy allowance (equal to their monthly allowance) will be given to the 240,000 beneficiaries of the Minimum Guaranteed Income.
There is also a one-off financial assistance for April for families receiving child benefit, which corresponds to an additional one and a half monthly child benefit installment.
The amount of aid is 105 or 63 or 42 euros for each child for the first and second child, depending on the amount of income, and 210 or 126 or 84 by the third and for each subsequent child. The beneficiaries amount to 625,000.
