The teacher and journalist Jean Wyllys 50, was the champion of 2005 edition of Big Brother Brazil with 55% of the votes . On that occasion, the Bahian was awarded the R$ 1 million – the biggest until that year.
Miss Paraná and now actress Grazi Massafera, came in second place, with 40% of the vote and the prize of R$50 thousand . The São Paulo merchant Sammy Ueda was third place, with 5% of the votes earning R$ 20 thousand .
THE BBB 5 was marked by the formation of two main groups: heroes and villains . On the side of the good guys, Jean , Thank you , Pink and Sammy which quickly pleased the public.
The team of villains, on the other hand, had Rogério , Alan and Paul participants who achieved high rejection rates in their respective eliminations.

Throughout the season, Jean , Thank you and Pink formed a trio united by friendship and loyalty . The young man, born in Alagoinhas, in the interior of Bahia, became the first person in the LGBTQIAP+ community to win the millionaire competition.
At home, he claimed to have been persecuted for being gay on a wall with a combination of votes orchestrated by doctor Rogério. After the episode, Jean understood that he needed to take the game more seriously and organized a defense against the group called “Unbelievables” for editing the game.
Away from confinement, the millionaire was elected federal deputy for the first time, in 2010, by PSOL-RJ. In 2014, he was re-elected with 114 thousand votes. After the new reelection, in 2018, with 24 thousand votes, he would take office on February 1st of the following year, but gave up his political activities in the face of threats.
Today, he works as a writer, teacher and journalist at Open Democracy – English political NGO with publications started in May 2001. In Brazil, the group works around indigenous issues .
