According to sources, after the announcement of the flagship smartphones Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro, prices for used Huawei flagship smartphones with support for fifth generation networks have increased.

The Chinese marketplace Zhuanzhuan Group, which invites users to buy and sell used second-hand goods, has confirmed that previously released Huawei smartphones are now worth more than a couple of months ago. More precisely, Huawei’s 5G smartphones now cost 3-9% more than they cost at the beginning of June this year. For example, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro is offered for $ 985, while at the beginning of June it cost about $ 935, that is, an increase of about 5.43%. Likewise, the price of the Mate 30 Pro 5G has increased by $ 45, or about 7.71%, over the same period. At the moment, the price of this model is about $ 633.

Analysts added that there are several factors that have led to such a rise in prices for older phones, but one of the most important was yesterday’s presentation of the Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro smartphones and confirmation that they only support 4G networks. Now the previously released Huawei flagships are more attractive for fans of the brand, especially if they have already tasted the delights of 5G.
