One woman lost her life and a man is accused of intentional homicide after a quarrel unfolding on a third -floor balcony, leaving the neighbors who saw her shocked and psychologically injured. The incident happened on Monday in an apartment complex in San Isidros, California, where Irr Williams, 61, quarreled with her partner, Albert Terner, 57. During the fight, Williams allegedly threw some of Turner’s personal belongings from the balcony. At about 7:21 pm, witnesses called in 911 to report that they saw a man fly a woman from the balcony, head down.
