In the document dated May 23, federal prosecutors in Chicago did not provide further clarifications on that decision. 38 -year -old Joaquin Gusman Lopes is one of the so -called “Tsapitos”, the sons of the infamous “El Chapo” who serves a sentence of life in prison in a highest security prison.
