Prince Louis turns four on Saturday, and to mark the occasion, his royal parents Kate and Prince William have shared new photos of their youngest son.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge posted two photos of Louis on their shared Instagram and Twitter account, showing the prince smiling on a beach.
Four photos of Louis were released by Kensington Palace on Friday. The portraits were taken by Kate earlier this month in Norfolk, England.

In the photos, Louis appears to be playing and running on the beach while wearing teal shorts and a gray star-print sweater.
Louis was born on April 23, 2018, making him fifth in line to the throne, behind his older brothers Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
The royal couple traditionally share portraits of their three children every year in celebration of their anniversaries.
