There was nothing accidental about the death of Willy Monteiro Duarte. It was a planned and intended death. The boy was shot when he was on the ground unarmed. A dozen have been added to the first testimonies. For all of them it was Gabriele Bianchi who delivered the first “front kick with the sole of the foot” to Willy’s chest. He then punched him in the face when he tried to get up and so did his brother Marco, then Pincarelli. The fourth of the group, Belleggia, is framed by the DNA on his shoes that belongs to Samuele Cenciarelli, who tried to shield Willy with his body. The other three try to blame him in interviews in prison, filmed by cameras.
Willy died of chest and carotid injuries. According to the magistrate, “the elements naturally lead to believe that the four suspects not only consciously accepted the risk of killing Willy, but repeatedly hitting him, with a violence completely disproportionate to the will to cause him simple injuries, had alternatively foreseen and wanted death or the serious injury of the victim “. The maximum penalty is now life imprisonment and the accused will not be able to request the abbreviated procedure which leads to penalty discounts.
