The popular WindowBlinds utility has been updated to version 11.1.0, giving you the ability to apply a theme called Windows Classic for Windows 10 and 11, an interface from Windows 95 adapted to modern systems. The news was noticed by Neowin.
The new theme works well with both Windows 11 and Windows 10 – it supports different designs of Start, File Explorer and other elements (up to the taskbar).

It can be seen from the screenshots that the adaptation did not affect all elements without exception – for example, only Start was changed among the icons, but the icons of all other standard applications remained modern. But the filling indicator strips in the same “Explorer” were replaced, instead of a modern continuous line there are nostalgic blue rectangles.
