Microsoft is in full swing preparing for the imminent release of the Windows 11 operating system. Some Windows 10 computers have already begun to issue alerts about whether the system is ready to install a new OS.

In a fresh test version of Windows 10 21H2, released to members of the Windows Insider program, users noticed a new Windows Update alert indicating whether the computer is ready to install Windows 11:

Great news – your computer meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11. The exact timing of when an update will be offered may vary in preparation. Note. Some Windows 10 features are not available in Windows 11. Some apps and features may have additional requirements. ”

Note that Microsoft recently changed its mind about blocking Windows 11 on older PCs, the system can be installed manually if it does not meet the recommended Microsoft requirements. However, the PC must have a 1GHz 64-bit processor with two or more cores, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of hard disk space or SSD.
