“Wings” made a statue of Till Lindemann of Rammstein: It was stolen from the city of Rostock, Germany

Statue of singer Til Lindemann of Rammstein which was in Germany took off “wings” as it was stolen just one day after it was erected.

The statue was placed in the German city of Rostock, near the neighborhood where the singer grew up in honor of his 60th birthday.

Police reportedly received a call about the theft around 10 a.m. (local time) and is currently seeking witnesses who may have seen something of the theft, Loudwire reports.

Three and a half years ago, a similar incident happened, as reported by the Athens News Agency, with the statue of the rapper Marteria, born in Rostock just two days after it was erected. The statue was designed by Roxxy, as well as Til Lindemann.

The popular band released their eighth studio album titled ‘Zeit’ last year. According to the publication of NME, in May he starts his European tour with the first stop in Vilnius, Lithuania.
