Despite the legal maneuver, members of the Judiciary told the CNN Brazil who are considering presenting a point of order so that Marcus Aurelius’ vote is maintained. In addition to Marco Aurélio, ministers Edson Fachin, Cármen Lúcia, Rosa Weber, Ricardo Lewandowski and Alexandre de Moraes voted in favor of the retirees.
