CNN confirmed this Friday (24) that President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT) will travel to China next Sunday (26), despite the PT being diagnosed with mild pneumonia.
The trip was scheduled for Saturday (25).
Doctor Roberto Kalil, who monitors Lula’s health, said that his condition is good. According to Kalil, the president is already medicated and cleared to travel.
