In Kharkiv, in eastern Ukraine, electricity, water and heating have been cut again, according to mayor Igor Terekhov.
“There is no electricity in the whole city anymore,” he said on television. “There is no heating and water supply due to the absence of voltage in the electrical network,” he added, as reported by international agencies and relayed by the Athens News Agency.
Kharkiv governor Oleh Sinekhubov pointed out that the city was hit by about 15 S-300 ballistic missiles, which also cannot be intercepted by Ukrainian air defenses.

Power outage at the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant after a Russian strike
For its part, the Ukrainian company Energoatom announced that the Zaporizhia nuclear power plantwhich is under the control of Russian troops in southern Ukraine, lost its connection to the Ukrainian electricity system.
According to the company, the nuclear plant’s fifth and sixth reactors have been shut down, while 18 diesel-powered generators have been activated to ensure the plant’s basic operation.
Russian-appointed officials in the Moscow-held region of Zaporizhia province said the blackout at the nuclear plant was a “provocation”.
