A case that has come to light is horrifying, involving a woman from Florida, USA, who was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly having sex with dog her, while her ex-partner is also facing justice, as he recorded everything on video, which he saved.
36-year-old Christina Calello “voluntarily participated in sexual activity with the dog on multiple occasions” over the course of about eight years, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office.
Geoffrey Springer, 39, who was once a couple with the 36-year-old, allegedly recorded the sexual activities and saved them on a hard drive.
The dog was seized from the former couple by officers and taken to an animal hospital for examination. According to the police, he has no visible injuries.
Calello and Springer were arrested on charges of sexual activity with animals.
They were taken to jail and Calello has since been released on $5,000 bond, according to jail documents.
Springer was released without bail and a trial date for the two had not been set as of Thursday.
As the Daily Mail notes, animal riding is a first-degree misdemeanor in the Sunshine State, and penalties include up to a year in jail. Violators typically pay a $1,000 fine, according to law firm Muscala Law.
