A 41-year-old woman died after suffering an accident on a toboggan at a ski park in São Roque, in the interior of São Paulo. The occurrence was around noon this Saturday (8).
According to the Civil Police, the victim, whose name has not been revealed, was going down a toboggan when he hit a railing. She had her 7-year-old son on her lap. The child did not die, but his health status was not reported either.
Still according to police, the woman and child were rescued and taken to an emergency room, but she couldn’t resist the injuries and died. The toy was banned and the case was registered as suspicious death and bodily injury at the São Roque police station.
A CNN sought the Ski Park management to obtain a position on the case, but there was still no response.
On social networks, the park made a post in which it only says that the establishment will be closed this weekend “due to mourning”.
