In fact, there are many – 92% – employees who believe it is important for the company to actively take care of their psychological well-being and 73% would give priority, in choosing a new occupation, to the realities that pay attention to this aspect.

«The initiatives implemented by companies to protect the mental health of employees are many and vary with respect to the type of company and the organizational culture present in it. In fact, we can find initiatives aimed at psychophysical well-being and therefore training courses or workshops, moments of psycho-education or real psychological support services, both in groups and individually.
