This Friday (7) is celebrated the International Chocolate Day . The product that originated with the Mayan and Aztec peoples, pioneers in the cultivation of cocoa, reached the Europe at the beginning of the 15th century.
However, the “darling” became popular on the continent only after the Industrial Revolution, when it ceased to be just a status of wealth for the European aristocracy and began to gain other territories.
In Brazil, the product arrived around 1746. And since then, it has become more than beloved among Brazilians. According to the Brazilian Association of the Chocolate Industry, more than 75% of the population consumes chocolate.

Divide the bread in half and add a slice of cheese to each. Add the chocolate bar on top and place on the grill over low heat (around 8 seconds). The trick is to muffle it with a mold and leave it there until the cheese and chocolate melt.
In that time the bread will be crispy too.

Combine 1 bar of chocolate with 1 can of cream. Microwave for approximately two minutes on medium power and mix well until smooth. In case it doesn’t melt, take it for a few more minutes until the chocolate mixes well.
Serve still hot with this syrup on top.

Creamy Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of sour cream
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 cup of chocolate powder
3 eggs
Method of preparation:
Add 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of cream, 1 cup of powdered chocolate, 3 eggs and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter to the blender. Beat everything until it forms a dough.
Add the dough in a 20 cm diameter greased with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 1 hour in a water bath without aluminum foil. Then let it freeze for 4 hours in the fridge and it’s ready to eat.

After finishing the dough, forge a shape with butter paper and pour the dough. Take to preheated oven at 180º for 30 minutes. After cooling down, it is ready to eat.

Mix over medium heat until thickened. Then pour it into a container and take it to the fridge to cool.
