Recall that contactless payment with Mir cards via smartphones using SberPay has been limited since April 13. Later, Sberbank explained what this means and how to bypass the new block.
An unknown technical partner imposed a ban on payments in stores using SberPay, while the bank assured that a solution to the problem is on the way and the service will be restored soon. But you can pay with smartphones if you link your Mir card to Mir Pay or Samsung Pay. You can also use plastic cards.
Sberbank also clarified that on sites with online payment, you can still use SberPay for cards of Mastercard, Visa and Mir payment systems. To do this, click on the SberPay button. The bank recalled that Sberbank account holders can pay for goods using a QR code and using the Pay at One Glance function with special terminals.
