One of the largest Russian game developers and publishers Lesta Games has announced the renaming of the World of Tanks, World of Warships and World of Tanks: Blitz projects into World of Tanks, World of Ships and Tanks Blitz. Under such names, these games, which previously belonged to Wargaming, will be published in Russia and Belarus.
Lesta Games has been supporting game projects since April 2022. In addition to the rebranding of the games themselves, the Wargaming Game Center (now Lesta Game Center) also received a new name, and World of Tanks, World of Ships and Tanks Blitz received new addresses – Korabli.su, Tanki.su and tanksblitz.ru respectively. The company said that the changes will not affect player accounts, their experience, bonuses and rewards. This applies to all platforms.
World of Tanks and World of Ships are large-scale military-historical games dedicated to armored vehicles and warships. Tanks Blitz is a mobile tank shooter that repeats the gameplay of World of Tanks and includes many elements of the original game.
