Inside, the new car is equipped with a large screen, new trim, a three-spoke steering wheel with a cut-off bottom. The car is equipped with a large roof, which has a protruding design and looks like an external luggage compartment. Due to this, the height can reach 1880 mm.

BYD Song MAX DM-i is equipped with a plug-in hybrid system consisting of a 1.5-liter engine and an electric motor. The maximum power of the gasoline engine is 110 hp. The maximum power of the permanent magnet synchronous motor reaches 197 hp, while the combined fuel consumption is 0.9 liters per 100 km. With a fully discharged battery, fuel consumption is 4.4 liters per 100 km.
Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h takes 7.9 seconds, and with a full base and a fully charged battery, the car can travel 1090 km. In addition, the older version also supports fast charging. It takes only 30 minutes to charge the battery from 30% to 80%. All models support the function of a mobile power station with a maximum power of 3.3 kW for travel and outdoor enthusiasts.
