WSJ: US plans to supply Israel with ‘smart bombs’ for surgical precision strikes

The Biden administration has informed the US Congress that it plans to hand over the Israel of “smart bombs”, with an estimated value of 320 million dollars, as reported by the American newspaper Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

According to the publication, the US government informed Congress on October 31 about the planned delivery of SPICE (Smart, Precise Impact, Cost-Effective) bombs. These are bombs used for surgical precision airstrikes.

The WSJ reports that it has obtained the relevant correspondence, from which it appears that the US subsidiary of Israel’s Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, Rafael USA, will deliver the bombs to the defense systems parent company for use by the Israeli Armed Forces (IDF). .
