O Xbox announced this Sunday (9) three new console models Series X It is Series S . The announcement was made during the Xbox Game Showcase .
The Xbox Series X now has a model with 2 TB of memory in a special edition called “galaxy black”. The console costs US$599.99 and the price in Brazil has not yet been announced.
Furthermore, the top model of Microsoft’s Series consoles gained a completely digital version – that is, without space to place physical media discs, which was one of the model’s main differentiators. The version without space to place the disc costs US$449.99.
The Series S, the most basic version, was announced with expanded memory: it will now have 1 TB of memory in the white model. Previous version, from 2020, was designed with 512 GB of SSD. The console was announced with a price of US$349.99 – the price in Brazil has not yet been announced.
It is not yet possible to pre-purchase the consoles. According to Xbox, the launch will be at the end of this year.
