It’s time to compare Xbox Series S / X to PC in the most demanding game of the moment.
The other day Microsoft Flight Simulator was released on Xbox consoles, and we already managed to understand that the junior console does a very good job with the project, although it is inferior to the older one.

Now it is possible to compare both consoles with a PC.
As you can see, the Xbox Series S loses out in this comparison, but still, at its $ 300 price tag, it provides a result unattainable for a PC of this class.
But when it comes to comparing the Xbox Series X to a top-end PC (based on the RTX 3080), it should be said that there is practically no difference. It can occasionally be seen on screenshots with a large zoom, but in general the picture can be called identical in terms of graphics quality.
Consoles almost always give out a stable 30 fps, although in large cities the figure may drop a little. PC performance is not listed, but we know from other tests that in 4K, the GeForce RTX 3080 will be able to deliver more than 30 fps, and after a recent patch that significantly increases performance, the result will be even better. But the RTX 3080 alone, even at its MSRP, is more expensive than the Xbox Series X, not to mention the actual prices and the cost of the entire PC as a whole.
