XEE: The Board of Directors was formed in a House – Al. Royal

The new Board of Directors of the Hotel Chamber of Greece was formed on 26/11/2021, which officially assumes its duties on January 15, 2022. After a vote, Mr. Alexandros Vasilikos was re-elected President.

Mr. Aris Soulounias and Messrs. Christina Tetradi and Olga Papadaki were elected as vice-presidents, while Mr. Antonis Mitzalis was elected as the Financial Supervisor.

The new members of the Steering Committee in alphabetical order are Mr. Konstantinos Merianos, Mrs. Zocheri Mykoniati and Messrs. Konstantinos Papadopoulos and Dimitrios Pollalis.

After the completion of the procedure, the President of XEE Mr. Alexandros Vasilikos made the following statement:

“The renewal of confidence in me for the position of President of the FDI, with a renewed mandate from the members, who with a record of participation elected the new Board, is for me a great honor but also a great responsibility, in the most difficult situation of all of the seasons for the hotel industry.

I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the outgoing Board members for their contribution to tackling the unprecedented threats and dangers faced by Greek hospitality over the past two years and their tireless efforts to keep the Greek hotel at the forefront of the national effort to recovery.

I wish the new members of the Board every success in the work they are called to perform. Uncertainties and challenges remain and our task is one: With unity, consistency and determination to respond to the institutional mission of the FDI, focusing on our members and the effort required to reach the safe shore of the next day together. ” .
