Redmi India has created a teaser web page for the launch of the Redmi 10 series in the country. In one of her images, a smartphone is noticeable, which has not yet been officially presented – according to the leaks, this is the Redmi 10C. It stands out for the unusual appearance of the back cover: it flaunts a massive black block covering the camera modules, inscriptions and a fingerprint scanner. Previously, only Realme Narzo 50A, a budget smartphone of Xiaomi’s main competitor in emerging markets, had this design.
Xiaomi itself does not reveal the insides of the Redmi 10C, but it recently went on sale in Nigeria for $215 (even before the official global announcement) and some of the characteristics have become known.
